Except for User’s family members, she/he/them agree not to disclose the transmitted information to any third party or use the transmitted information in any manner without prior written authorization of Agency. Further, User will not contact or attempt to contact any donor/surrogate presented by Agency through email or website without prior written authorization. By accessing the Agency’s website and/or any email communication, User agrees that any unauthorized use of information or contact shall be considered a breach for which damages and attorney fees and costs will accrue.
