This policy explains what Open Arms Consultants, Inc. (“Open Arms Surrogacy & Egg Donation”, “we”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. Depending on which form you use, that may include:

- Your state or country of residence.
- Information relevant to eligibility for our programmes, for example age, height and weight, and whether you have previously given birth.
- Anything you write in a free-text message field.
Our web host also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, assess eligibility for our surrogacy or egg-donation programmes.
- To contact you about your enquiry by the method you selected.
- To keep records required for the administration of our services.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
Sensitive information
Some of the information we ask for is health-related. We treat it as confidential, limit access to the coordinators who need it, and do not use it for advertising. Please do not send medical records or documents through the website forms. Your coordinator will tell you how to share those securely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver our services or where the law requires it:
- Service providers that operate this website and our email (for example hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- Fertility clinics, reproductive attorneys and other professionals involved in your journey, only with your knowledge.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
